SERVICE WARRANTY POLICY
We offer a 7-day guarantee on all nail services. If you experience lifting, peeling, or chipping due to application or product issues, we’ll provide a complimentary repair. Repairs outside of 7 days, or for damage caused by injury, misuse (including picking, biting, or improper care), or excessive wear will incur a standard repair fee. Our team will assess whether the repair is covered under the guarantee

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds for services or gift certificates. If you’re unhappy with your service, please contact us within 7 days so we can discuss options to address your concern

CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY

We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. If you’re running late, please notify us. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but the service may be shortened while the full price still applies. In some cases, we may need to reschedule. Please note: Fees for cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals will be charged automatically to the card on file
